iMPROV is a website, blog and bespoke resource dedicated to continuous improvement in the public sector.

Its purpose is to support senior leaders create a culture and system for continuous improvement.

Its focus is on how to drive up public sector productivity through the application of cutting edge operations management thinking.

iMPROV is curated by Phil Mayhew, who has over 30 years experience in the sector and is a Director and Fellow of the Institute of Continuous Improvement in Public Services. He is an Associate Director of Koru Consulting Ltd and a founder and Director of the Midlands School for Social Entrepreneurs.  The views on this website are entirely his own unless otherwise attributed.
